APPOINTMENT PREP

Please come to your appointment with freshly washed, detangled, and lightly STYLED Curly hair. Do not style with heavy oils, butters, or stiff gels. Do not pull hair back into ponytail or clips. No hat hair. Just come with hair out and FREE. This hair prep ensures proper consultation during your appointment. A prep/detangle fee will be applied if this is not followed. We appreciate your cooperation.

LATE ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time, we will need to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late, and a last minute cancellation charge will apply. Please let us know if you are running late by texting 812-705-1233.

CANCELATION POLICY

When scheduling your service, we require a credit card to reserve your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee. 50% last minute or No call no show You are able to cancel or reschedule online. For help canceling your appointment please text 812-705-1233. You can reschedule anytime online but keep in mind you may not find a sooner appointment as our books do fill quickly.
